Who We Are
Virginia Profeta graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Yeshiva University in 1992. She received a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in 1994, and a Doctoral Degree with Distinction in Clinical Psychology in 1998 from Albizu University.
Dr. Profeta completed both her predoctoral internship and doctoral residency at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital, formerly known as Miami Children’s Hospital, where she helped implement the first Eating Disorders track. Dr. Profeta is a licensed psychologist in Florida and a member of the American Psychological Association.
